One of the largest Jewish cookbook collections is right here in the United States– all housed at the New York Public Library.
The NYPL shares everything about the collection on this LibGuide, where you can learn about its contents, the story of its development by the late Roberta Saltzman, and access the catalog, including searching by holiday.
The NYPL says:
The Library has one of the largest and most diverse Jewish cookbook collections in the world, primarily housed in the Dorot Jewish Division. The collection includes more than 2500 Jewish cookbooks written in 18 languages and published from the 19th century to the present, representing regions and cuisines from all over the world.
